Some "diplomats" are habitually violating parking regulation in Budapest. This guy is one of the most serious offenders, as he is probably the same you can see in my other album with DT 28 70 plate Mazda. I suspect the car belongs, together with the other one, to the Polish Institute in Budapest. If not, please apologise!
